Dave is the male voice on the other end of the line when you call. If you need a change in the report, a quick search for general market values/conditions, whatever the case may be, there is no time to early or too late, just give a call. An appraisal has been done by Dave in every suburb of every one of the 8 major Chicago Metro area counties - and then some - over the years, so he’ll know the area, test him!

the property values are in the teens or above a million,
he’ll employ the mechanics needed to make a
report understandable to any reader. John is an active
(daily) appraiser, as well as in charge of all training. |

Adept Appraisal proudly welcomes Rick Jordan, Adept's Regional Sales Manager for Arizona, to our staff. Rick has over 2 years of appraisal experience and will be handling the oversight of all Adept's Arizona activity. We believe with Rick's integrity, speed, and ability to train others in the Adept way of doing things, he'll only add to the overall reputation of timely and 'bullletproof' appraisal work for which we're known. Rick will quickly handle Maricopa and Pinal counties, with others on request if the need is serious.
