"We believe this was about the absolute worst order and/or 'Comp Search,' (whatever it was intended to be), we've ever seen.  When an appraisal service gets an order that had at least two other appraisal services scratched out before it was sent our way, wants a value on a (potential) million dollar property, but gives no details, and it looks like that, well, we tend to get the crazy idea the L.O. really hasn't got his act together!  (Some data has been given the white wash to protect certain people from public humiliation.)"
