To Our Clients,

Adept Appraisal is now officially a little over 2 years old. In that short time we have seen our client base grow exponentially, our staff increase in size and ability, new offices open, and thanks to your continuing support we’re still able to consider moving into other areas of the country, despite the precarious mortgage refinance situation.

How can we thank you? After all, we can’t do this without you.

I’d like to think we’ll show our gratitude by continuing to give you the same ‘Speed, Quality, and Integrity’ upon which we’ve built this firm. All good structures need a solid foundation, and those three factors are ours. That’s what we set out to accomplish from the beginning, and that’s what we’re going to keep doing.

By the mid 2007 9 of our (now) 13 Appraisers will be Certified Residential, and most will possess their FHA certifications. We’ll be expanding more for that reason alone; FHA appraisals. We’ll also be set up in Milwaukee (or perhaps already are by the time you read this), as our favored son Dan Ludwig will be opening up ‘Adept Milwaukee’ for us. Dan is an outstanding individual and mature Appraiser who will serve the Milwaukee Metro area the same way he’s served Chicagoland; with pride and speed.

We’re already laying the ground work for a Colorado office, as we feel our speed is going to be incredible in comparison to the average appraisal firm out that way, based on what we’re hearing from our clients.

From there we’ll be moving into Detroit Metro, Washington DC/Baltimore, and soon Northern Indiana.

We’re also looking to add a Commercial Appraiser to Adept’s staff, so that we will not only be able to serve you, our clients, but so that any Appraiser on our staff desiring to do so can begin his/her educational process towards Certified General.

Those are certainly lofty plans, but you have to have your goals set high to keep you motivated, and we’re quite motivated at Adept Appraisal!

Again, thanks for your support, and we look forward to serving you not only as you’ve become accustomed, but soon in greater appraisal type and more regions of this great country in which we live.
