We’ve learned over the past year the expansion is hard, especially when you’re busy serving clients as much as we’ve been blessed over the past year. In addition, the age old phrase, “Good help is difficult to find” really fits, as our standards are quite high, and finding folks who fit the mold is not easy.

Nevertheless, some of Adept Appraisal’s goals are to open several new offices in some, or all, of the following locations over the next year:

Southern Wisconsin - Milwaukee Metro – Opening in February/March of 2007, with our own Dan Ludwig as Regional manger!

Denver, Colorado
Somewhere in Florida - Miami County likely
Washington/Baltimore Metro Area

Phoenix Metro – Opened in April of 2006, Rick Jordan Regional Manger!

The Milwaukee Metro Area has already been decided, as Adept’s own Dan Ludwig (our 'Young Jedi') is opening up an office for us early 2007. His relocation into Wisconsin is now complete, and he’ll soon be ready for business! 

The rest of the areas are on our radar, and you can help us decide which might be the best for you, our clients. 

Which areas do you feel are the most desired by you, personally?  Are there others on your list you'd rather see?  We are going to expand, and your input is much appreciated.

Also, we'll soon have a staff full of Certified and FHA Appraisers.  Just so you know, we'll be asking for your FHA deals, as well.
